Our paddle boards are constructed using the advanced MSL Fusion contruction method, which is the highest standard in paddleboard manufacturing.
This unique process starts by discarding the outdated technique of using molten PVC to coat the inner thread. Instead, we employ a revolutionary adhesive layer, meticulously applied to the thread structure. This layer not only seals but also bonds effectively, onto which a high-density structural PVC layer is machine-laminated. This method is rigorously controlled, eliminating any inconsistencies associated with manual application.
